Slovenian – Rocambole Hardneck

• Obtained in Slovenia in the 1980’s • Hands down - easiest to peel garlic since many of the clove wrappers don’t completely wrap the large clove which also reduces its storing ability • Nice garlic bite with a smoky flavor • Averages 7 cloves per bulb • Growers will get wonderful large garlic that matures quickly while growing, so harvest first. Constantly large bulbs 2.25”-3” that are easy to peel
