A heirloom brought to British Columbia by Doukhobor immigrants from Russia in early 1900's. A consistant hardy rocambole. As delicious as Spanish Roja, Killarney Red or Carpathian with a sweet full garlic flavor. Double cloves can be common. Averages 4-6 cloves per bulb.
