Porcelain - One of our largest growing and hardy garlics. One of the first porcelians introduced to British Columbia from Romania. Very high in Allicin, so excellent for medicinal purposes. 4-5 very large easy to peel cloves. Also known as Red Elephant Garlic. A great garlic for beginners, because it grows wonderful, hardy, very large bulbs!
