Reconstituting:
• Steep mushrooms in hot water/broth for about 30 minutes or add to a simmering liquid for 10-20 minutes then add to your dish. Save the flavorful soaking liquid, so it can be strained for an addition to sauces and soups.
• Using a coffee grinder or food processor, grind into powder for use in tea, soup, pasta or as a mild mushroom seasoning.
• Medicinal Tea: 2 dried oyster mushroom caps broken into bits put into 1 cup of boiling water and steep for 10 minutes. While drinking, eat the mushrooms.
