Product Description
This is a beautiful pearly satin garlic with many cloves and a bold flavor. The origins of this garlic are unknown, but we purchased from We Grow Garlic who received it from Nick Delforte who received the seed from another Western New York region garlic farmer, Mark Bownam. There are 12-18 cloves and 1 pound will result in about 12-14 pounds of garlic.
