It stores quite well and the clove wrappers are very colorful. This is a very pretty garlic with nice sized cloves. Eaten raw it has great garlic flavor without being too hot and spicy. It has a bit of a nutty flavor to it. This is a great one to eat raw. An early to harvest garlic. Averages about 10 cloves per bulb.
