• Large uniform bulbs with this copper vein wrappers with purple blotching
• Nice classic garlic flavor – Raw: tangy & spicy Roasted: rich & sweet
• Grows well in cold winters
• Vigorous deep green plants matures after Spanish Roja
• Average 6-9 cloves per bulb
• Growers will get a variety of sizes, but mainly medium to large size bulbs
