Rocambole - Also known as garlic candy when roasted into its sweet flavor! The raw garlic has a bite, but still mellows to a sweet aftertaste. The brown cloves wrappers are striped with beautiful purple lines. Should be harvested earlier than other garlic bulbs to get a long storing rocambole that may store until spring. It averages 8-13 cloves.
